What We Do

Nucleus International Recruitment (NIR) specialises in the placement of overseas qualified hospitality and culinary arts professionals into fully paid skilled jobs in Australia.

NIR specialise in recruiting skilled candidates via the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS), Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), Temporary Work (Skilled) Visa (Subclass 457), Training Visa (subclass 407).

A complete migration and support service is provided to its employers and candidates including sponsorship applications, lodging and managing the entire visa process. Candidates receive assistance with the entire process including job placement, visa processing and and provide a range of services to ensure a smooth arrival.

Meet the Team...

TANYA COSTELLO

Director/Registered Migration Agent

Tanya has over 20 years experience in international recruitment working in senior management and consultancy roles for major Australian Universities and international hospitality chains.

Since establishing Nucleus International Recruitment in 2006, Tanya’s depth of experience and meticulous approach enables her to provide the best possible advice and assistance for Australian employers and international candidates in the employer sponsored temporary and permanent visa streams.

As a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1276037) Tanya provides accurate legal advice for both candidates and employers within the often complex and frequently changing framework of Australian immigration laws and ensuring highly successful outcomes.

ALICIA CABRERA

Alicia originates from Peru and holds a Diploma in Information Technology. Prior to moving to Australia, Alicia worked in recruitment coordinating the placements of interns in the USA and Australia.

Alicia understands the complexity of the visa process as she came to Australia as a dependent on a subclass 457 visa. Alicia gained permanent residency through the Employer Nomination Scheme and is now Australian Citizen.

Alicia has now been living in Australia for just over 6 years, and is looking forward to many more years in Australia as a citizen.

JEMMA MORRIS

Jemma has dedicated the majority of her working life to being a professional chef in the hospitality industry. Jemma began her Chef apprenticeship at The InterContinental Hotel Sydney and then graduated to a Qualified Chef at the Wentworth Sofitel Hotel Sydney.

During her 15 years as being a Chef she gained extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of kitchens and establishments. Jemma has worked in 5 star hotels, stadiums, fine dining functions and restaurants, cafes and on site catering at various events.

In mid-2012 Jemma began working at Nucleus International Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator and Chef Consultant, she finds her inside knowledge of the hospitality industry allows her to understand and help both our candidates and employers.

LIZZY VAN CAMP

Registered Migration Agent

Lizzy was born in the Netherlands and migrated to Australia with her family at a young age. She has now been living in Australia for over 16 years. Lizzy studied Hotel Management in Sydney and worked at a five star hotel for several years before joining Nucleus International Recruitment, where she can now put to use the knowledge she gathered from her years of hospitality experience.

As a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1683552) Lizzy provides advice and support across a range of complex migration issues, dealing with the complex and ever-changing Australian immigration laws to achieve successful outcomes.
