During her 15 years as a Chef she gained extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of kitchens and establishments. Jemma has worked in 5 star hotels, stadiums, fine dining functions and restaurants, cafes and on site catering at various events.

Alicia originates from Peru and holds a Diploma in Information Technology. Prior to moving to Australia in 2011, Alicia worked in recruitment coordinating the placements of hospitality interns in the USA and Australia.
Alicia understands the complexity of the visa process as she came to Australia as a dependent on a subclass 457 visa. Alicia gained permanent residency through the Employer Nomination Scheme and is now an Australian Citizen.

Jane has completed a Bachelor of International Economics and has 10 years’ experience in global customer service. This has given her a deep understanding of customer behaviour, cultural norms, and communication styles in different parts of the world.
