The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a high volume bakery/patisserie

• Ability to work a rotating roster

• Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment

• Demonstrate previous experience in:

  Preparing, cutting, shaping, and cooking and/or baked goods including breads, pies and tarts

  Preparing, cutting, shaping, and cooking and/or baked dough include buns
